In are interested in studying for a degree using the Open University, you will need to explore the range of engineering qualifications we offer. You can start from scratch with our BEng (Hons) degree or our integrated MEng degree, or you can have a workplace-based Foundation Degree in Engineering. If you already have a Foundation Degree or an HND, you can top it up to a BEng with our conversion programme. All our undergraduate engineering qualifications explore the basic principles of engineering, with chance focus on engineering design, environmental technologies, energy and sustainability, electronics, or mathematical methods.

Alternatively, you may wish to investigate our BSc (Hons) Natural Sciences degree, which allows you to choose a general science study route or to follow a more specialised route in biology, chemistry, physics, Earth sciences, environmental science, or planetary science.
